"This was a great stay, we came in late after a long flight and just wanted a place to crash for the night before heading south. It was quiet, clean and cool: we had AC and bed was comfy: a private shower/bathroom. My host was lovely and got up early to make us HUGE breakfast before we caught the train in Colombo. He arranged our (reasonably priced) taxi to the station and gave us free fresh bananas from his yard for the ride. 10/10 for the quick stay. Thanks again"

"It was peaceful and quiet. The owner and son were very polite and friendly. But there were no stuff in this hotel room. (No coffee, tea, sugar, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.,) There were 2 cockroaches and perhaps more we didn’t find :( Food was okay but it wasn’t free. At least 1 way airport shuttle could’ve been provided but I had to pay for both. The rooms smelled dusty. Broadband was horribly slow."

"This hotel was perfect! The staff is super friendly and we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. They were there for us if we needed anything and were very helpful! The playful hotel dogs were a great addition in making us feel even more welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was the most comfortable we had in Sri Lanka! "This property was actually good, we need to compare this with Sri Lankan stands, hot water worked very well, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and planes flying by are perfectly heard also wifi speed poor but staff is very nice and helpful and the complimentary airport shuttle a very nice detail by the crew. There’s a good patio to relax. Room is equipped with AC"
