"They really have a lot of potential with this place. The proximity to beach 2 - which is a great family beach and nicer sand than beach 1- is perfect. The beach they built down by the river to watch boats and get some extra sand play with the kids, is amazing. Only negative is it appears the fence is not complete around the docks ( I hope!) and it is pretty open to the water, just have to keep a good eye on little ones.
