"Right from the time I walked through the door the reception staff were ready to help. Room was great and really like the big overhead shower rose. Gave a refreshing end to a full day of flights. Very comfy bed too. In-house restaurant had a great menu with plenty of variety, and a great chef. Dining service was very prompt; exactly right for a tired traveller. "It is a lovely place to stay. I would like to share re: the bathroom, the floor in the shower areas is extremely slippery. It is an accident waiting to happen, especially for the elderly. There must be more safety measures, e.g. a sticj on mat to prevent fall. I would have also liked a handheld shower head and line, instead of a fixed one and a bidget. As for the kitchen and bed, all is good, there should be a stand to enable out suit cases to be propped up and not lay our case on the ground and...
