"Lovely hotel in a quiet location, across the road from the beach which comes to life each evening with food stalls. Staff are professional and security is 24 hours. Rooms are spacious and clean along with the bathrooms and the breakfast buffet is very good. "

There are a few restaurants and a 7/11 within walking distance but not much else. You'll need some kind of transportation for that. There are 3 things that caused me not to give it 5 stars: 1. The decorations are dark, so there are a lot of mosquito hiding somewhere, 2. The a/c, especially dehumidifier function is not working so well, so the room feels...

"It's an interesting property to stay in. Probably built in the '70's, it's starting to decay and fall apart. But it is right on the beach, has a relaxed vibe and the rooms are fine. It reminds me of the way Thailand was is the 70's and 80's. A number of highrise hotels have been built around, but this resorts clings on to the way it was! "
