"We were excited for the pool and hot tub, but they were always filled with lots of kids. We made reservations at the fine dining restaurant to celebrate my husband's promotion and the food was horrible we sent it back and went somewhere else. But the hotel was nice to stay, I would never recommend that restaurant though ever!"

"Great place for family, lots of things for kids to do. Reasonable prices. Our condo was cold, windows were so thin I think the cold got in and it was noisy. Couldn’t get anything on the tv’s to work, and the coffee machine and kettle were hard to operate, they worked when they wanted to. "

"This spa is unique, picturesque with plentiful staff that are friendly and helpful. The different types of accommodation were thoughtfully and tastefully arranged on the property. The quality of the food was first class (if pricey). The kitchenette and gas fire made the room much more comfortable. Some of the equipment in the gym could be better maintained; and it would be a bonus if the pool beside the gym had thermal water. Having bars of soap for handwashing in the room would have been...

"It’s an older property with some history to it I would say. Lotta loggers and fishermen have stayed here over the years. The current owners and staff are doing their best to make it presentable. I applaud their effort."

"What a lovely place to stay in Qualicum! Lots of little attention to details (real cream in the fridge), lotion at the ready, snacks, coffee, etc. Spacious room size and 2 lovely reading chairs and a super comfortable bed!"

"Tannis and Hans are charming hosts who made our visit special and personal. Our room was sweetly decorated and, importantly, had a very comfortable queen bed. Hans prepared delicious breakfasts each of our two mornings, over which we had fun and interesting conversation. After breakfast check out the charming pond-side village created by Hans. As an extra convenience, the couple was kind enough to let us charge our EV in the carport. "
