"I would stay here again. Friendly owners, conscientious, considerate, clean and yes professional. The beach is just across the street so very convenient. Lots of parking. Coffee and fridge with freezer. A bonus. A dear was grazing on their flowers right by the office door. Now that’s a great thing. He felt right at home too. I’ll be back."

"WOW! Was the first word I uttered when stepping into this bright, yet cosy, open concept cottage. And sparkling clean. A full wall of windows plus a window and patio door on the shorter wall ensured wonderful water and shoreline views from the living room,dining room and well appointed kitchen. The decor was tasteful; minimalist yet cosy as I mentioned before. And the furniture (including the bed) very comfortable. Great deck with patio set and barbecue as well as easy beach access. Would I come back again? Absolutely and hope to do so. Marilyn Roman"

"This looked like the original home of the people who pioneered on the property back in the day, so it had loads of rustic charm. It reminded me of my grandmother's house. There were several pieces of lovely period furniture, but the bathrooms had been modernized with up-to-date shower and toilets. The beds were comfy, and there were fans and air conditioners running when we arrived. The host was super quick to respond to questions, and the property manager came right away when we needed something. They had the best-stocked pantry we have ever seen in places like these (taco shells, rice, oats, sugar, flour, microwave popcorn, soup, etc.). They allowed us to eat apples from the apple tree outside, too. We did not use the gym, but we played bocce ball on the lawn. In sum, the place was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Property was great, lots of comforts of home included. We had a great time, but contact with owner was nil. I sent a message on Friday, another on Saturday, with inquiries about things that didn’t appear to work. No response (and we are home now). Just felt that owner should be more responsive when property is rented."

"This is a beautiful place to stay within steps of the beach. The cabin is well appointed and cozy with lots of special touches. We enjoyed touring the area with our two adult children. Sarah and Bryan are awesome hosts and had lots of good suggestions for area attractions and restaurants.I loved fly fishing by the Big Qualicum fish hatchery just 5 minutes from the cabin! Would definitely stay here again."
