Dit zwembad was gedurende ons verblijf groen en vol algen aanslag, daardoor geen gebruik van kunnen maken en kan niet voor een dergelijke locatie"

"Misleading information on website. This was NOT a wheelchair accessible room as the shower was a step over cubicle and no handrails or equipment around the toilet area. To access the ‘disabled’ toilet off the dining room area you would have to negotiate a 10” step up and then down a 6” step. Again no rails or toilet equipment. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough. The lovely receptionist was very apologetic and sourced us another hotel locally which had a wheelchair accessible...
