"Hotel with basic services. No gym nor bar. But you have a private gym in front of the hotel, and plenty local bars. Is close to the city center, with plenty selection of restaurants. Staff is friendly and always looking to assist. "

"No check in, atrasou 25 min. Recebemos um Upgrade de quarto, porém o mesmo ainda estava sujo. No armário, as roupas ficaram com manchas brancas. O sofá estava com sujeira. O quarto era grande, confortável. Cofre estava sem o miolo. Em 2 dos 3 dias de estadia, com lotação máxima do hotel, 1 dos 2 elevadores ficou com defeito, inoperante(o que funcionava, deixava um degrau no andar, falta manutenção) Frigobar no quarto era bem grande, e gelava muito bem."

"A gerente da recepção extremamente mal educada e sem trato nenhum com os hóspedes, refletindo nos atendentes, sem um mínimo de simpatia, nem de bom dia ou educação. Equipe do café excelente, principalmente a Júlia, essa incomparável com outros hotéis e a equipe da limpeza muito bem."

"Hotel is a good choice for the area only because the rest of the hotels are worse. I stayed for 3 nights. It was bitterly cold in the hotel lobby and rooms. They do not have any heating on at all. The reception staff were wrapped in winter clothing. Room amenities were minimal; one small shampoo each day and no shower gel etc. WIFI was also not good, speeds were slow and it kept crashing. Rooms do not have USB connections for charging etc which is pretty standard now in most hotels"
