the room is good. the staff is good. but HIGH level of noise from nearby construction, plus from passing cars and barking street dogs.

Amazing View

It is a nice, clean hotel located in a safe place in the center of Rio Grande city. Rooms ate very small but comfortable for a couple od days. The view of the city from the rooftop is the best part. There are two restaurants that serve decent food. Breakfast is very good but you need to get it before 9am. We arrived at 9:30 and there were no more eggs and the delicious torta fria was gone. I would stay again at Laghetto Rio Grande. Unfortunately I could no unload pictures.

We where 14 , ask for 3 bedrooms apartments and they gave us 2 bedrooms apartments and Put the third bed witout pillow covers nor sheets . We ask several times for them and finally at midnight we managed ourselfs to cover the pillows and the maitress with our clothes … Total Disaster

Parecia ser melhor

O quarto estava bem limpo e confortavel mas havia mofo no teto e tinta rachada. Acredito que era porque eatava abaixo da ultima laje. O cafe da manha era comvencional mas as frutas nao tinham gosto, a melancia eatava rançosa e a qualidade do chá era muito ruim. Meu marido elogipu que o café tinha sido bem passado e a mamteiga era de qualidade mas o não era. Ficamos no hotel especificamente pela sauna que, por ter um teto muito alto (acho que o projeto não foi bem pensado) o aquecedor levava uma absurdo de tempo para começar a aquecer o ambiente e, por ter um teto tão alto, o calor subia e ficava frio nos bancos baixos. Ou fazer bancos em escadas com bancos mais elevados ou rebaixar o teto para ser uma sauna eficiente. A sauna foi muito decepcionante e não retornaremos ao hotel.

Custo-benefício OK, mas hotel tem vários problemas

Logo na chegada não conseguimos acessar a entrada do hotel com o carro porque haviam três ônibus tomando toda a entrada. Por intuição demos a volta na quadra e encontramos a garagem e colocamos o carro diretamente lá. Os dois elevadores não dão conta de um hotel tão alto. O restaurante é muito caro e parece querer ser chique, mas não é. Não é mesmo! O quarto e o banheiro são bons, mas em um dos dois quartos que utilizamos havia mofo nas paredes, mesmo sendo no 12o andar. Café da manhã, simples mas OK. Custo-benefício acaba valendo a pena, mas o hotel poderia tentar arrumar estes pontos listados.

Excelente hotel, ótima localização

Ótimo hotel, padrão de qualidade da rede é ótimo. Porém alguns pontos podem melhorar. Deixaram só um rolo de papel higiênico no banheiro, tive que solicitar e ir buscar pois o rapaz da recepção informou que estava sozinho e não poderia levar. O espaço do chuveiro é pequeno, então, precisa regular a temperatura antes para depois entrar. O Hotel é NOVO e muito bem localizado, rua tranquila, café da manhã de ótima qualidade também, apenas recomendo colocar mais uma torradeira pois uma pequena no final de semana é insuficiente.
