I know this is probably due to short-staffing; however, there should be an attendant at the front desk at all times (especially after 3 pm for check-in). "Enjoyed stay this hotel. Front desk staff were very accommodating when booking another night. Completely hassle free. The room waa comfortable. We disliked that the breakfast was an extra charge but for the cost there was a good portion. The pool water was cold but that didnt stop my son. "

"Our 4 night stay was wonderful, the inside has been recently renovated albeit it looks like some work is still being done in certain areas. It certainly did not deter from the overall experience and the owners have done a great job with the improvements thus far. The kitchen is amazing for cooking and entertaining. The house has an in-line water heater which was nice! The location is 45 minutes from Winterplace ski resort and about a 15 min car ride to most retail restaurant establishments. ...
