"Unique property that sits adjacent to a charming historical site within easy walking distance. Very peaceful and clean. We stayed in late September, so lack of air conditioning wasn’t an issue. The heat was very comfortable during the night. We were pleasantly surprised that the food was very delicious after reading previous reviews. Would definitely recommend. "

"When we first checked in our room was supposed to be on the 2nd floor, but last minute changes put us on the main floor in the "Kate Room" which happens to be our granddaughter's name...needless to say, we were very touched by this. The room was fabulous."

Chairs set up to view the quiet valley ... the entire property and house were very clean. private bedrooms, shared living room for casual reading . bathroom was small but functional , beds were comfortable.. host was very kind nice sized town wasn't far away for dinner or drinks.. Lovely "
