"I made a last minute booking because I was in the area later than expected. Upon arrival to the hotel they refused to let me stay because they were having a problem with the water and weren't accepting guests at the time. However, they processed my payment and confirmed my booking. The person in the hotel at my time of arrival was a security guard (there was no one available at the front desk) So I went ahead and requested a refund through Orbitz since that's where I booked it. Orbitz states...

"The place itself was really nice and has alot of room for a big group, i gave it 3 stars for the area because it was under construction but orther than that everything was super nice"
