"The room was very nice and had everything we needed. Full size fridge, stove, utensils. It was very clean and comfortable. The wifi was great although it didn’t extend outside of our room. Ocean view was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, not perfect English but definitely enough to get by. "

"All of the above are true. The staff is amazing, especially Eduardo, the coffee guy. He deserves a raise. My room was clean, modern and bright. Loved the tall ceilings and big balcony. The resort is nice and intimate. I would recommend this resort to my friends."

" Clean room. Requested early checkin and it was confirmed but the room wasn't ready. Not a big deal. We only had an hour to wait. Good food. Overall great experience. "

"Room was okay. Right on busy road so it can be loud but didn’t bother us too much. Staff was very kind, but don’t accept their free lunch for a “tour” they sat us down to get us to sign up for their membership and we had no intention of doing such. I understand it’s their job, and it’s okay but they tricked us. Other than that, location was a good walking distance to everything. Don’t use their ATM, take a short walk to the bank to avoid unnecessary fees. They also make you keep a wristband on all week which wasn’t very enjoyable but you get used to it."

"There was a beautiful beach view from the ocean-front portion of the hotel, there just wasn't much beach to see. The Presidential Suites area was nice and relaxing, quiet, nice visitors, and the pool view off the balcony was perfect. The suite itself was more than adequate, and the hotel is within walking distance of all the grocery stores, most restaurants, and other shops in the area. Thank you to our host for allowing us to stay at this property."

"Great beach, restaurants, very secure. Staff seemed unsure about some things, however, especially at the reception desk; it takes a while to make yourself understood - you would expect a tourist place like this would have better trained staff. Language was a barrier, but we had some Spanish to help us get by. Building looks like it’s going to need renovations soon. "
