"A l'arrivée tardive 8h pm il n'y a plus personne et le distributeur de carte (terminal de paiement HS)ne fonctionnait pas il a fallut batailler 40 mins pour arriver à avoir le responsable de l'hÎtel qui nous a donner les cartes à distance, en anglais c'était difficile de se faire comprendre mais aprÚs ce déboire tous c'est bien passé, pour manger à 9h du soir nous avons été au pub en haut à droite de la rue, l'hÎtel est propre bien entretenu il y'a la clim dans les chambres c'est calme."

"The hotel has no sign on the facade, and it was stressing to find it without that. There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. Also concerning is a âcontractâ that we are asked to sign in order to get access to the building. I found the process very strange and concerning. Had never seen a hotel asking us to sign a contract...
