Finally a Man the airport was able to reach someone who walked over to the hotel and told them we were waiting. 45 minutes later someone finally arrived. Surprisingly when we checked in we were upgraded to a Waterfront front room, and offered a late check out when we were leaving..... rough start but, this more than made up for it. "Great proximity to the airport. The hotel has an excellent restaurant on the top floor and great bakery across the street. We stayed there on our last day in Tortola. Long Bay is a short ($10) taxi ride away and has a beautiful beach. This allowed us to kill our last afternoon on the beach before catching an early morning flight."
