Hotel Lizzy Wasi sits behind a nondescript wall in a skinny alleyway in Urubamba, but once you walk through the door, a whole new world opens up. This was an amazing experience. We spent one night and the service was exceptional. We had dinner on site and breakfast. I would totally stay here again, we had a beautiful experience and were able to sleep under the stars.

Immaculate hotel. Smallish room. Very accommodating in helping with transport . Packed is a free lunch for our early departure. Little facility with English, however, just added an English speaker as we were leaving. Highly recommended

The staff were very helpful and the rooms are nicely done. The hotel is around 15 minutes away from Urubamba. At the same time, It was relaxing and will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

We really liked staying here. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best part.

The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. My family stayed there for 4 nights and received nothing but outstanding and personalized service, which included free airport pick up, called to order dinner to be delivered from a local restaurant and let us eat in dining room (they did the dishes), the wonderful Karina who made fresh eggs and toast each morning with a vast array of fruits, cereals yogurts and homemade cookies to take for a snack. Very cute and comfortable, absolutely immaculate! Extremely helpful and attentive staff--went above and beyond to help with luggage; especially appreciated this due to a broken foot. Climbing the cobblestone hill to the hotel was a challenge on crutches wearing a pneumatic orthopedic boot; obviously not their fault, but if you're handicapped access could be a problem. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful with cabs and tours.
