"Very clean hotel. Staff was extremely friendly at both check-in and check-out. Breakfast is good with fresh baguette, multiple cereals (muesli/granola type), couple of juices, scrambled eggs, mini crepes, yogurts. Croissant and pain au chocolat were just ok. Room was great, clean shower and bathroom. Gated parking too. We stayed just one night, but it was great."

"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. I had to ask for it again, but this was problematic due to our communication problems (see point 1). Eventually, through pictures he understood...

"We rented a three bedroom house for a whole week. On our arrival the weather was very hot and when we went to ask for a fan they looked at me as if I was asking for the something impossible. They said that they did not have any available as the ones they had where being used. And if so, only 1 fan per property.
