"Margarite was a friendly and amazing host who greeted us personally as soon as we arrived. She was over the top accommodating in all aspects of our stay! We love animals so we enjoyed her dogs and cats and chickens running all over the place! Her breakfasts were great and the whole place was very quaint and rustic. "Everything was outstanding. The room was immaculate and I loved the paintings on the walls. Breakfast was delicious with a Costa Rican flair. I went swimming in the outdoor pool which was warm and so inviting. The outdoor dining room allowed me time to take in the view of the canyon as well as the birds. Everyone was very friendly and even the owners were very hospitable. I highly recommend the Vista Canyon Inn over any traditional hotel if you want a relaxed inviting place to stay. "
