"Stayed in the the Junior suit with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful like a big family! Typical Italian rustic style but very charming hotel. Lucca only about 8 minutes away by car. Will come back again! Breakfasts are the same every day which is a bit boring . We would like to have more options like a fruit salad / soft fruit and tomatoes and eggs to choose from. Other than that - lovely place to stay. Thank you all for looking after us . "The hotel is beautifully located on a mountain with lots of forest. The staff was friendly, the room well equipped (although a minibar fridge would have been nice), and we liked the breakfast buffet. Actually, everything could have been perfect, if it wasn't for the incredibly noisy room. When people walked on the same floor, or even worse, on the top floor, it sounded like somebody was walking on high heels on a metal catwalk right through our room. Majoitukseen tultaessa meni hetki löytää henkilökuntaa. Omistaja ei puhu englantia, joten kommunikointi jäi huoneen luovutukseen. Huoneet ihan ok ja tilavat. Huoneiston varaukselle olisi ilmeisesti kuulunut kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, jotka olivat erikseen lukittuja. Omistajan kysyttäessä yksi vai kaksi huonetta...

"Hotel room was nice and clean. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed playing in it and in the playground. The downside was the staff were very abrupt never told us were any of the facilities were. You had to choose your breakfast the night before and it mainly consisted of cakes and pastries. The only savoury items were eggs and salami. If you wanted dinner you also had to choose what you wanted in advance. "
