Las vistas y el entorno ajardinado una maravilla. El desayuno muy bueno, la cena no tanto quizás por ser fuera de temporada"

"My stay was perfect, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious and had a kettle and fridge which is just what I needed. The hotel is clean and modern. Close to shops, sunset strip and beach. The bar and restaurant had a great range of drinks and meals of good quality and reasonable price. Without a doubt on my next trip to Ibiza I will stay here again. Thank you so much Hotel Grand Sol."

"The reception desk is in front of the hotel. No signs for it or nothing, we almost left for another hotel till we found a worker cleaning the room and asked them for help. Toilet was unflushed or maybe had chemicals in it which were yellow. No amenities such as soap, bodywash, etc. Bathroom door broken. The staff opened the door while we were sleeping three times, after the second time we put a DND sign on, they came in the third time. We are not mad at all the cleaning crew or anything because...
