Our room was v close to next building, bins and fire escape so couldn’t open window safely. Air con worked well. Hotel had the feel more of a comfortable hostel - with all your basic needs. Cafes and restaurants close by - communication with hotel residents via online app."

The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

"Very good hotel right in the middle of everything lots of restaurants and bars. We had a sea view room, very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the parking as it is slightly difficult to find your way in."

Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either."
