"We had a great stay at El Balcon, the staff was friendly and made check in super easy. The rooms were clean and very cute. It gets chilly at night and they had heaters. The layout of the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant has delicious food, plus the chefs were super accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stay here! "

Slight inconveniences is the property is part of an overall commercial building so your access to enter the bldg during very early and very late hours must work around the staff letting you in & out. They ask you control the water use and leave lights & a/c off when not needed. All understandable but many people don’t to feel controlled by basic essentials in a hotel."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Kantu. The staffs are friendly and very helpful, especially Margarita. Great breakfast with a good variety of fresh fruits. Just across from San Pedro market, 10/15 mins walk to Plaza de Armas. One complaint, walls are a thin, can hear outside noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
