"Unfortunately, my experience was far from what was advertised. The condition of the hotel did not match the images presented online, which I found to be misleading. Upon entering my room, I was very concerned to find that the bedding had visible burn marks, consistent with cigarette damage. No headboard for the single beds. In addition, there were both dead and live moths present on and around the bed, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. The overall cleanliness of the room was also poor. Thread bare carpet, marks & stain in the bath. There was a noticeable build-up of dust on the skirting boards and along the tops of the windows. Furthermore, the room had a very strong smell of bleach, which made the environment uncomfortable and raised concerns about how the room had been maintained. I did raise this with reception, and brought him proof of its condition. Advised I would like a refund he said I would need to take it up with my booking agents and he would authorise this.
