On arrival the reception staff were not engaging or helpful. On departure the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The staff at the bar were lovely. There were some dusty areas in the bedroom especially the television. The bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet. One of the lifts was out of order so the wait to leave was always 5 minutes or more. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice and everything was fresh and plentiful. The staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. Overall it was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

Good points; parking was close by, hotel is part of a mall so a lot of restaurants to choose between and lots of coffee shops, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was well worth the price and lobby is very nice. Rooms were clean. Beds were not comfortable, pillows had no density to them and mattress were hard.

It was OK a little tired could do with some modernization specially, the bathroom. I only have one light there was no fridge no safe not really any amenities and a very small TV. The breakfast was very good position of the hotel was excellent. Would I stay there again probably not.
