"Right next to train station so very convenient if you are traveling by train. Several good restaurants and the old town are within a short (maybe 8 min.) walk. One word of caution…it says AC but hotels in the area do not turn on AC until May 1st no matter how hot it may be in April!"

"The views are amazing! The room overlooked the sea and there were lots of outdoor spaces to sit. The breakfast was great with so many pastries, meats, cheeses and the gentleman who set it up and made my cappuccino was very friendly! I got up very early one morning and he was kind to make me a cappuccino before 7!"

"The beach was in the best part of Follonica and not too crowded because they only have 2 rows of sun beds.Very appreciated. Check in too complicated - I understand Covid but procedures take too long. They do not allow earlier check in - again I understand - but they could have let us use the beach. Check out at 9AM! "We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were really friendly and relaxed, the room in the main building was fine, the grounds are magnificent, the swimming pool massive and the restaurant superb. Only two small gripes. There was a terrble smell in the middle of one night and some construction traffic early in the morning at a site well behind the hotel was a bit noisy but I would still recommend this hotel. It's also in a great position for getting to Siena, Massa and the rest...
