"Beautiful location overlooking marina. The breakfast is nice and location is fantastic. Staff was excellent and there is free car parking. Our room was nice but since it was garden view it was dark. The walk to marina with lots or restaurants."

"Die Villa liegt inmitten von Pinien und hat sehr schönen Pool. Das Haus war für uns (7 Personen und Ellie, eine Hündin) ideal. Sehr ruhige gepflegte Umgebung. Super Grill fürs Nachtessen. Badezimmer sind renovationsbedürftig."

"Gastgeber Carlo war sehr freundlich und hat uns im Vorfeld Tipps für die Region gegeben (Sightseeing, Essen, etc.), ebenso hat er uns auch während unseres Urlaubes besucht und sich erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist und angeboten wenn etwas wäre, dass wir uns jederzeit melden können (wir benötigten noch ein Babybett, das kurzfristig bereitgestellt wurde).Villa CapineraDie etwas ältere Villa steht auf einem großen Gelände in der Region Punta Ala mit viel Garten, Flora (teilweiser lautstarker Fauna), einer großen Terrasse und ist ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Strand (frei oder gemanaged) entfernt. In der direkten Umgebung befinden sich u.a. weitere private Villen und Grundstücke. Nebenan ist ein Poloplatz und Einrichtungen für Pferde, ein Minigolfplatz und ein Golfplatz ist ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Villa hat keinen Pool. Kfz können auf einer gesonderten Parkfläche innerhalb des Geländes abgestellt werdenEinkaufenIn 5 min. erreicht man fussläufig einen kleinen Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf, es gibt dort auch ein kleines Cafe mit leckeren Süßspeisen aber auch Brot und Wurst und einen Laden mit warmen Gerichten. Ein größeres Einkaufszentrum mit Kiosk, Bekleidungsläden, etc. ist ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Größere Supermärkte und mehr Geschäfte findet man in Castiglione della Pescaia.EssenZur Selbstversorgung steht eine Küche mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und allen Utensilien (Töpfe, Pfanne, Geschirr) bereit, ebenso ein Außengrill."

"Thank you very much for the complimentary room upgrade, thoughtful welcome gift, and exceptional service. Although we stayed for only one night, it left a lasting impression on us. We really enjoyed our clean, modern room, which is just steps away from the beach and offers easy access to the private shoreline. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves at night made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. We especially loved the gorgeous restaurant, where we could fully enjoy the breathtaking sunset without any obstruction while savoring delicious food. The cuisine here is prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, preserving the most authentic local flavors. Every course, from dinner to breakfast, was perfect. Without a doubt, it was the best stay and service experience of our three-week trip throughout Italy. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality shown by your team and will gladly recommend your resort to our family members and friends when they visit Italy. Thank you again for making our visit such a wonderful and memorable experience."
