"It was a delightful pair of days. The staff and service is superb, I strongly recommend if you want to have beautiful days in an almost private beach in a park with excellent food. I recommend to dinne early to enjoy the sunset. Only suggestion is to increase the number of wine options from Tuscany in the wine list and to introduce a good vermouth. The drinks are great. The only thing I didn't like is the check-in and check-out timing. Check-in is at 18.00 (too late) and check-out is at 9.00 (too early). "This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

In der direkten Umgebung befinden sich u.a. weitere private Villen und Grundstücke. Nebenan ist ein Poloplatz und Einrichtungen für Pferde, ein Minigolfplatz und ein Golfplatz ist ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Villa hat keinen Pool. Kfz können auf einer gesonderten Parkfläche innerhalb des Geländes abgestellt werdenEinkaufenIn 5 min. erreicht man fussläufig einen kleinen Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf, es gibt dort auch ein kleines Cafe mit leckeren Süßspeisen aber auch Brot und Wurst und einen Laden mit warmen Gerichten. Ein größeres Einkaufszentrum mit Kiosk, Bekleidungsläden, etc. ist ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Größere Supermärkte und mehr Geschäfte findet man in Castiglione della Pescaia.EssenZur Selbstversorgung steht eine Küche mit Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und allen Utensilien (Töpfe, Pfanne, Geschirr) bereit, ebenso ein Außengrill."

We really enjoyed our clean, modern room, which is just steps away from the beach and offers easy access to the private shoreline. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves at night made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. We especially loved the gorgeous restaurant, where we could fully enjoy the breathtaking sunset without any obstruction while savoring delicious food. The cuisine here is prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, preserving the most authentic local flavors. Every course, from dinner to breakfast, was perfect. Without a doubt, it was the best stay and service experience of our three-week trip throughout Italy. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality shown by your team and will gladly recommend your resort to our family members and friends when they visit Italy.
