"This hotel is a castle! Very nice property and the staff were very helpful. We got in late so it was dark. Finding the front door was not easy since none of the lights were on like in the picture on the website. Also parking is not close either. We followed a couple in who were out for a walk and they helped guide us to the front door. No lights or visible signs directing you to the hotel entrance. Christina went above and beyond to host us and help us with sightseeing ideas. We spent a day at the thermal spa, another day visiting Bamberg and after we checked out we visited the Museum in Mödlareuth - excellent outdoor and indoor tribute to life behind the Iron curtain. Der Haupteingang zur Rezeption, ist von der Straße aus gesehen, aufgrund der überwachsenden Sträucher und Bäume schlecht erkennbar."
