"This is a pretty good place to stay short-term. I’m not sure about the level of cleaning in the bathroom—there was a urine stain from a previous tenant…But I liked how quiet the room was. "Everything was amazing except the front desk staff responsible for checking people in. In English and Korean, she had an attitude that I have rarely experienced from a Korean hotel staff. Seems like she may need a break. Might be worthwhile to reassess her total hours to ensure the employee can welcome guests with a warm smile and attitude. Other areas were great. My experience at the restaurant during breakfast was amazing - wonderful kitchen and table staff. Rooms were wonderful as well"

"Beautiful property. The spa pools blu cost $3 USD t use. They have a beautiful arboretum and museum of the flora of Gaya mountain that is free. The hiking trails are easily accessed to the side of the property. Food at the hotel dining room is well presented and delicious. Great mountain air. We stayed in an annex which was only $44 USD per night booked ahead but when I checked online the day before our arrival the price had dropped to an incredible $30 USD per night."
