Parking is far away and difficult to access. The hotel has no staff, and the overall experience was very cold. The buffet lunch and dinners were basically the same foods every day for both meals (and not very good), the snack bar offered terrible sandwiches with cold/old fries, and although its 'all-inclusive', there is an upcharge for a lot of things (for example, there's an appealing gelato station at the snack bar with 16 flavors of ice cream, but the only ice cream included in the all-inclusive is a tiny vanilla or strawberry frozen ice cream...

"booked at stay as I had a late flight out of Menorca, the hotel is perfectly adequate, but at least 30min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. I found it strange there is minimal staff on site and all correspondence is done by what's app giving entry codes to the front door and room door. No lounge area available only a few tables and chairs and a microwave. with no catering facilities coffee and tea making in the room (or at least a station in reception ) would be nice. the swimming pool...

"The property is shaded by so many beautiful trees, and a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, cliff top walks and easy to get in and out of Mahón by bus. The apartment was clean and regularly attended to swap towels and bedding, and the balconies are private from each other, with lots of quiet areas to escape to plus a more lively central area. The kitchens have a fridge, microwave, two hobs, a kettle, pots and pans, cutlery, a sieve. No chopping boards or cafetiere though but can be purchased...
