"It is a 3 storey building without any lift. We have been arranged on the top floor. Building & surrounding were rather quiet & peaceful. Public Road outside the building is rather broken, so pushing your luggage along will be challenging. No vending machine but one can purchase basic beverages & spirits from the receptionist. "Convenient for railway station and Old Town. Despite booking a city view, this was not available - claimed to be subject to availability. Bedside lights did not work, no ceiling fan, poor offering of tea bags, no room service, room cleaning haphazard at best - occasional making of bed, failure to clean glasses and mugs. After 3 days, the lights in the elevator failed. When I pointed these issues to the occasional receptionist, I was told that if I didn't like the hotel, I could always find...
