"We arrived at the hotel & a warm welcome. Everyone was friendly & accommodating. We were especially happy with there knowledge of gluten free foods. The food was in a word Fantastic & plenty choices! A lovely place to stay with a walkin shower & nice seated area to enjoy the sun. "Very convenient to town for restaurants, bars and shops."

"This is a very pleasant hotel, ideally situated for those arriving in Skipton by train. It's virtually the first thing you see when leaving the station. It's a ten minute stroll into the town centre, past a former cotton mill, and there's an alternative route via the attractive canal towpath, easily accessible from the rear of the hotel. My room was a single, very comfortable with an en suite shower, with a Juliet balcony overlooking the canal. Breakfast was good and all staff were pleasant and attentive.I didn't use the restaurant but I'm sure that's a good option if you don't want to walk into town in the evening. "
