"Brand new hotel just 2 months old on Memorial Day 2024! Very neat and clean facility in a very good location. It was just 5 minutes drive from Okaloosa Island Beach access points which have free parking. The staff was courteous, plenty of parking, free breakfast, swimming pool. One star less for breakfast as no vegetarian options in hot breakfast (all meat and eggs), no fruits, no hot oatmeal. Also same breakfast menus two back to back days! the pantry lady was less interested in replenishing...

"Really liked the desk workers. The breakfast’s were great. The carpet near the elevators was very dirty. Most of 2 days the elevators floors were dirty. The maids didn’t clean our floor until asked. They forgot to empty our trash as well. Other than that we liked the hotel. In 319 the AC fan had a loud metal clanging noise every time it cycled on. But everything else was nice- loved the floor plan layout. "

"The location and staff were great. The cleanliness of the condo wasn't very good. The bedding was definitely not laundered on the fold out and the master had bodily fluid stains visible. The unit had a box fan for circulation and that was it. It was a beautiful view, but not clean. "
