"The house was great. It was well decorated, with little things that made it stand out. There is a sandy area in the back with a firepit, and a hot tub near the backdoor. The beds were very comfortable & check is was extremely easy. It was close to everything I wanted and the roads in the neighborhood run parallel to the main highway. I loved this as it allowed me to circumvent any traffic on the highway. I cannot say enough about this place. I will be renting this property again when I return...

"The place was the perfect location to walk to the beach without being on the beach. The pictures were exactly as the cottage and I would stay there again. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting outside when we weren't at the beach. The trip was decided at the last minute for my daughter and I and Tiffany responded quickly with precise instructions for access to the cottage. "the images shown on the listing have the same layout as the apartment with a few differences. the neighborhood and home were nice, however, it was quite a distance to the beach. it’s about 6 minute walk to the pathway that arrives at the beach. it is however, pool side,though you have to walk around the building to get there. property manager however was very friendly and helpful. would recommend if you don’t mind the walk. overall would stay again"

It was a perfect way to have a family vacation together but with individual privacy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed in a beach rental home. "Super place for us and our pup. The only reason we did not give 5 stars across the board was the shower did not drain and the shower valve would not give cool water. We notified the property management and i am sure they will fix. They were very responsive to us, answered the phone every time. We just didn’t want service to come while we were out due to pup. "

"centrally located to Destin area. Great price for the location. Where other properties in the area charge multiple usage fees that can mount into hundreds of dollars for a few night stay Club Destin does not have these charges. Overall positive stay. We would return or recommend this facility."
