"酒店布置很雅，處處可見老闆的用心，而且沒有大飯店的喧鬧。老街全區是開發商設計建造，房子不高所以沒有電梯。房間不像一般酒店用數字編號，所以check in後，會由櫃台接待人員引領至房間，否則第一次應該找不到。 在酒店用早餐，就像在家裡一樣自在，非常舒服。酒店隨處可見員工精心種植的玻璃缸水生植物，不過因為正值夏天天氣熱，缸裡有孑孓，還好房間裡沒有蚊子。經向酒店人員反映，看得出他們是因為不了解那是蚊子的幼蟲，而不是懶得換水處理。 平常外出返回酒店後，櫃台人員見你一進大門，就會通知後台工作人員幫你打開房間冷氣，非常貼心。 "

I wasn’t expecting the Four Seasons, but I’ve seen cleaner toilets in a prison and the bed was rock hard, even by Chinese mattress standards. The place is nicely located to explore Old Street and other parts of the city, but it needs to work on it hygiene and amenities."

"Loved the location and the staff. Old Street next door, with so many shopping, eating, and entertainment options. Hotel offers a driver and day trip options at an affordable rate. Our driver went out of his way to show us many unique and cultural experiences. The food is excellent. Made friends for life. Would stay here again. All rooms smell like smoke even if non-smoking."

"Well it is old so you will not get all the mod ins. We were there at winter and the electric blankets provided were essential. So in winter it is cold. It is however full of character and the staff very helpful with English spoken at least to a basic level. So for an authentic experience well worth it. They also helped us get a car to the mountain which was great value."
