"We had a really nice stay. The only issue we had was while in the pool a birthday party came in and took over the pool area. And then about 10pm someone above us had music loud. Didn't last long but it upset my grandson. Room was very nice, clean, workers were very nice and helpful. Will diffently stay again when we have to return to the Cleveland Clinic. "

"Our son was graduating Oberlin College in nearby Oberlin, Ohio. This hotel is very convenient if you cannot stay in Oberlin itself. We have stayed here on multiple occasions over the last 5 years. It is only 12 miles and 15 minutes from Oberlin. The staff was very friendly. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean, however, they still do not offer any daily room service, trash pick-up, or wellness checks. This started during Covid, but Covid is long since over. We had to empty our trash and go...

"Overall it was a great stay. The hotel was clean and beds were super comfy. Nice lobby area to sit and visit with others. My complaints I have are the lock on the door would get stuck out so we would have to hold the door handle down on the inside to get it to shut all the way. Our windows were filmed over so you could not see out of them. We were on the top floor and you see where there was a leak on ceiling and it was staring to mold.
