The bed was hard, and the futon very thin. It was like sleeping on a rock. It was over-priced, too. Sorry, it wasn't good value for the money."

"This is a very detailed and decent hot spring hotel. The staff of super friendly and helpful. The dining is traditional Japanese style and excellent. The view is very nice and I definitely recommend to my friends "
