1 よかった点 　清潔、静か、トイレのウォシュレットがある、テレビが大画面、事前に問い合わせた内容がスタッフ間で共有されていた、軽食のサービスがあった 、駐車場の1台1台のスペースが大きめ、各室毎に電子レンジがある 2 少し不満 　喫煙スペースが屋外で屋根がない、喫煙スペースのイスが濡れていた 　受付のシステムが2つあって、分かりづらいかも(スタッフが対応してくれたので問題はなかったが） 以上

綺麗！清潔！ コインランドリー最新！！ でも、コインランドリーに行くまでの階段に蜘蛛が。蜘蛛の巣にかかる。スタッフの人に話して、すぐに対応して頂いたが、綺麗にはとれてなかったのが残念。蜘蛛の巣が頻繁作られてしまう。との事。仕方ないのかもしれません。

ツインルームはさすがに狭い。2人分の荷物を置くと足の踏み場もないという感じ。無料の軽食をレンジで温めても、テーブルがないので熱くて食べるのに困る。後で聞いてわかったのだけど、折りたたみのテーブルを貸してくれる。それ、早く言ってよ〜❗️

まさに必要十分とはこのこと。ミニマルでありつつ、ツボを押さえた設備・サービスに大変満足しました。 恵那駅から徒歩15分くらいかかり、ここが評価の分かれ目かと思われますが、すぐ隣にスーパーやコンビニがあり立地として不便さはありません。 一般的なホテルだと、外出時にエレベーターに乗って1階まで

初めてこのタイプのホテルに宿泊しましたが、おもってたよりも数倍も快適で、今後の行き先にこちらのホテルグループがあるなら選択肢に入れておこうと思うぐらいでした。 スタッフさんも丁寧な対応でしたし、室内も清潔で快適です。 近隣に飲食店やコンビニ、スーパーなどが多くとても良かったです。

これからのビジネスホテルのスタイルの見本のようなホテル

11泊の宿泊でしたが、自分のクルマも基本的には部屋の前に止めれるので荷物の出し入れもしやすく、快適でした。 またスタッフの方々も日本人の方も外国人のスタッフの方々も皆さま笑顔で接して下さり本当に素晴らしいホテルでした。 部屋もコンテナですが普通のビジネスホテルのサイズで何も問題なく、隣の部屋と間があるので音の心配も普通のビジネスホテルよりも無いので良い形のホテルだと思います。 これからのスタイルはこんな形なのかな、と思うお手本のようなホテルでした。
