"A modern hotel in the southern part of Varna. Good sized rooms with modern decor and comfortable beds. Secure parking (paid), decent buffet breakfast, friendly staff (mostly). Rooms don't have aircon (only heating) so the higher floors can get quite hot, even in autumn. I needed to have the window open pretty much the whole time. Wifi could be a bit flakey in rooms at the edges of the hotel, and there's a lot of traffic noise if your room is at the front of the building. Restaurant is average...
"Overall, we had a good stay, but the room description was very misleading. We specifically booked a room listed as having “2 twin beds” for a business trip, but were given one queen bed and a sofa instead. The sofa bed wasn’t even prepared, so we had to make it ourselves. There was also no shampoo or basic toiletries in the bathroom. The room description and amenities should be more accurate."
"The staff were incredible to deal with, especially Desi, who went out of her way to make things as best as possible considering some unfortunate incidents with my co-travellers. Even the owner herself tried to help when I first arrived!
I will definitely be going back, should I return to Sunny Beach 😊 for vacation or work"
