"Located in central Varna. Good choice of breakfast. Well maintained. Though the parking was included in the reservation I was refused parking upon arrival and had an argument with the picolo about it! So I simply left my car outside the hotel. He never offered help with our luggage either! Later they came asking for my car keys and parked my car at the garage which is insanely tight... I'm just glad there's no damage done on my car. Another annoying thing was that there's no sockets close to...

"It’s literally 2 mins walk from the beach. The food was good, had a soup for every meal. Wish the buffet has more traditional options, i can eat (but won’t) chicken nuggets everywhere…thank god there was sopska all the time :) unlimited drinks and ice cream during the day. the girls and guys in the restaurant and pool bar were extremely friendly and i could see how hard they were working - but unfortunately I can’t say the same thing about the receptionist Anastasia who made my friend cry...

"Guests are rude. Very long queues for food, you need to queue for 20mins to get anything. In order to have a balanced meal with meat & veg & salad you need to queue 3 times = 60 minutes in queues for every meal. Food the same every day, not a great standard. Very limited drinks, often only water available. Sun beds always available - a huge bonus! Water park is great fun - water very cold."

We had to wake up early to claim chairs around the pool or on the beach, because at 9:30 am there was not a single free chair. The beach had rocks and seaweed and wasn’t very clean.
