Some great stores right there to get anything we needed and some big chains to buy clothing and stuff. The room was very nice, small, but nicely appointed, everything was clean and modern. Staff always greeted us whenever we met them, from the people making up the rooms to the front desk people. The breakfast was really good also. Very quiet inside, despite being right beside the train station....

"We stayed there during New Year’s eve. It was so pleasant and clean! The complementary breakfast was great. If you have a car, you can drive around many places such as Nikko, Sano premium outlets. Recommended if you are looking for a cost effective and joyful stay! "

After we got the room no. and the code enter the room, inside is terrible. Everything is too old fashioned and not clean. We do not recomand anybodies to book this hotel"

Spa was super nice with sauna and out door bath..whirlpool indoor facial steamer in vanity area...oh the popsicle after spa was nice touch..amenities in room was very thoughtful. We faced train station and we did not hear trains, quiet..lobby has a serene water fall that streams through lobby..staff very helpful..."
