"I am a mobility handicapped veteran. We requested a Handicap Room. The one available was for hearing special needs and did not have a safe tub! When we turned on the sink dirty brown water came out but later cleared. Don’t stay here until 2026! The lobby area and hallway was a mess. We were not informed of this when wemade the reservation!!!!"

"The rooms are not as advertised!! We rented a queen room with pull out sofa. NONE of the rooms had sofas. After a LONG wait, they needed up giving us a 2 bedroom with a “pull out sofa” That room only had a small sofa that did NOT pull out. The ceiling had had a previous leak, so Sheetrock was falling down all over the table and floor. The tub would not drain at all. The sheets were covered in Sheetrock dust. When my son got up in the morning, his clothes and face was white. Terrible experience....

"It was clean and safe, I was there for one day and I think that a lot of things could use some updating and repair but overall it was a good experience and I would stay there again. "
