"Worst “hotel” experience I’ve ever had. Impossible to contact staff even during check in times, which are limited to only 4 hours a day). They literally didn’t respond calls or messages from me or the Expedia team for hours, so I was unable to check in and had to find another stay at 5 pm since Expedia said they couldn’t do anything.
Apparently they have a policy that you proactively have to send them all your information and documents 3 days in advance of your stay to be able to check in,...

"Overall a good stay. Like other reviews state, this is an older place and could use a bit of a makeover. Room was clean. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was typical Italian hotel breakfast which was good. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Location is excellent. There is no parking if you are driving."
"Room was okay, and breakfast was very good. A really nice terrace for breakfast. Our bed was rather firm, and the design of the shower in bathtub made it very difficult to shower without water getting all over the floor. The elevators were small and required one elevator to get to the lobby on the 4th floor, and a second elevator to get to the room on the 3rd floor. You had to then go up to the 4th floor and switch elevators to leave the hotel."

"The property is in a central location and next to a sweet park. The staff are very kind. It’s on a bus route to the airport which starts at 5:30 am. The property itself is older and needs a bit of tlc. But I’ve stayed in similar places. If you’re expecting an American style hotel. Nope. But a basic accommodation is what you will get.
