We were in a standard twin room, certainly big enough for two and very quiet with a generous size bathroom. Lots of fluffy towels and robes. Good location."

No Ironing facilities - at all? Zero, not even an ironing room? - very strange for a hotel hosting conventions . Pool opening hours could be expanded (even just for adults) 10-6pm is a little short. "This hotel is outdated and overpriced without providing the basic amenities. We checked in around 8pm to a junior suit for 4 people. Once checked in realized, they have no tea and coffee facilities in room nor a iron. The hotel staff confirmed the basics are not included in the expensive apartment. I was shocked that they do not even provide glasses for drinks unless you request from the bar. If you need clothes ironed, you need to drag your clothes to reception and wait 30mins until they set...

"Views at the property were amazing, staff were generally pretty friendly with the exception of a couple. In terms of cleanliness everywhere was spotless. We would have liked a bigger pool and the food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was just ok. Bed was super comfy"
