"The housekeeping came one day to do the regular cleaning and found her to take bathroom towel and used it to wipe the toilet seat with it. The restaurant food was good but the dishes were not cleaned properly. Cancelled my stay here right away. It was disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"It is decent hotel for its cost. Used to be fancy, I think but now is just ok, linen is a bit old, but overall clean and no famous Tamilnadu bed bugs! Staff could have been more responsive but I am happy they helped me how they could have done. It is well located btw close to shops and bus stand. "

"The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again."
