"This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar."

"The hotel’s location is ideal as it’s conveniently located very near the train station. The rooms are comfortable & clean, with the bathroom well-designed. "Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a good shower, hairdryer, reasonably comfortable bed, soft pillows. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items. The restaurant in the evenings can get busy, as there is not much else in the area. The De Lijn 272 bus stops very close to the hotel (150m) and goes to the airport (15 - 20 mins) or to Brussels Noord."

You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."
