"I stayed for 1 week at the Voco and I was really impressed by the courtesy of the day & night staff. They were extremely helpful and assisted me in making my 6nights stay amazing! The room was clean, the bed was super soft and I felt very comfortable. Modern rain and hand shower in the bathroom and the hallways were well-kept. The breakfast in the morning was also great. Be aware: the Voco is not located in the Center of Brussels and there is not much happening directly near the hotel i.e stores...

"Beware the pictures showing a pullout couch. Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. "One of the best little hotels I’ve stayed at in years! Here’s what I liked: it is very cute, very quiet, located in very quiet area, outside noisy towns, easy to find, friendly staff, ample parking right in front of the building, and 15 minutes from the airport. Exactly what I needed for my last night in Belgium. My room was clean and well kept, looked recently renovated, with all the modern conveniences a traveller needs. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Very pleased."
