The property is located outside the city centre. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in before the scheduled time, which was greatly appreciated. There is parking available, although spaces cannot be reserved. The hotel was very clean throughout our stay. The room could benefit from some updating; however, the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, so this is likely to improve soon.

Please do NOT stay at this hotel. My flight was delayed and I arrived around 9pm. The receptionist was perfunctory No ‘welcome me to the hotel’. I asked if they had room service and was told yes. When I asked what time it finished she said she didn’t know. For a four star hotel the room was very disappointing— only room for one bedside cabinet and the bathroom protruded into the room. The supplies were not as good as in some 2or 3 star establishments. One very small bottle of water, two sachet of Nescafé and two teabags. In the bathroom there were cotton wool buds and a shower cap there were only 3 coat hangers so Webt to the reception to ask for more
