"Väldigt litet rum med trist utsikt från sängen. Har bott här förut och såg fram mot att återvända. Den här gången blev vi besvikna. Hade sett fram mot spa. Men det var stängt! Skulle stänga kl20. Vi var där kl 19. Trist när vi bokat Hotel med spa. "
