"White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

"Excelente! Fiquei na unidade de Gramado e fyi com expectativa alta para exte hotel. Ainda que seja mais recente e alguma etapas da reforma ainda estejam em andamento, não atrapalhou em nada a experiência. Muitos eventos ao longo do dia para crianças, adolescentes e adultos, boa comida e quartos muito bem acabados. Recomendo para uma escapada de fds ou feriado para passar à dois ou em família!"
